Martin Chasin Fine Arts, founded in 1973, is an art and antiques gallery specializing in British sporting paintings and prints from the eighteenth century up to ca. 1831, antique British silver and glass, antique Irish glass and Biedermeier glass and silver.
We have an extensive inventory of Irish, English and Scottish sterling silver flatware and hollow ware and Tiffany flatware. Descriptions includes date, place of fabrication and silversmith, along with a photo.
Our inventory of early Irish cut and decorated crystal as well as English and Biedermeier examples includes decanters, glasses, bowls and serving dishes as well as other rare items.
This period in European art witnessed the production of innovative and strikingly beautiful works of art in the areas of furnishings. These come from Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.
